STEP ONE:
Choose your appointment
Indicative fees — health-fund rebates available depending on your policy. Supplements and testing are quoted separately, and only ever recommended where they'll change the plan.
NEW CLIENTS · 75 MINUTES
Initial consultation $190
A full health history — symptoms, timeline, bloods, medications, sleep, stress, food. You leave with an initial plan, not a shopping list.
RETURNING CLIENTS · 40 MINUTES
Report of Findings $140
This is the second appointment in the new client process, booked 2-3 weeks after your Initial Consultation. We will discuss my review of your case and you will leave with a comprehensive treatment plan. This appointment is not available as a standalone booking.

Extended return $110
For established clients managing ongoing care, reviewing a treatment protocol, or discussing basic pathology results (things like FBC, iron studies, thyroid, vitamin D, liver and kidney function, or similar single panels). If you have results to discuss, please send them through at least three days before your appointment so I have time to review them properly.
RETURNING CLIENTS · 45 MINUTES
Pathology Interpretation $150
Each booking covers one of the following: multiple pathology panels requiring cross-referencing, hormone panels, cardiovascular or metabolic markers (inclusive of basic markers listed above), HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis, a test that assesses your mineral and toxic element status via a hair sample), a Microba gut microbiome report, or DUTCH hormone testing. These are not combined in a single appointment. If you have more than one functional test to review, or extended pathology, each requires its own booking.
RETURNING CLIENTS · 20 MINUTES
Brief Return $70
For a single, straightforward concern, an acute issue, or a simple check-in. Not suitable for pathology review or complex case discussions. If you're not sure whether this is the right booking, send me a message first.
ANYONE · 15 MINUTES
Discovery call FREE
A discovery call is a suitable for someone looking to determine whether naturopathy is a suitable fit for them. Always available. Always free.
STEP TWO:
Choose how we’ll meet

Norfolk Island Health Collective on Taylors Road, consulting Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 4pm. Parking out front, and the dispensary is on site.

A video link arrives with your confirmation and works anywhere with a reasonable connection. Practitioner-only supplements are posted to you.

What to bring
01 ANY BLOOD WORK FROM THE PAST TWO YEARS
However incomplete, including the ones you were told were fine. Trends tell me more than a single snapshot.
02 A LIST OF MEDICATIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS
Including the half-finished bottles in the cupboard. No judgement — I need to know what's interacting with what.
03 THE COMPLETED INTAKE FORM
So we spend our ninety minutes on you rather than on paperwork. Skip anything you'd rather say out loud.

Cancellations and rescheduling
Life happens. Twenty-four hours' notice and there's no fee — just let me know. Inside twenty-four hours the appointment may be charged, because the time can rarely be filled.

Payment is taken at the time of booking. Health-fund rebates are available depending on your policy and level of cover — I'll provide a receipt with the right item details.

Payments & rebates
No — book directly. If something in your history needs a GP or specialist, I'll say so and write to them with your consent. I work alongside your medical team, never instead of them.

Do I need a referral?
Supplements and testing costs
Quoted separately and always optional. I only recommend testing where the result will change what we do next, and I'll tell you the cost before anything is ordered.
